Job Description
A Leading Food industry company looking to hire a Chief Accountant
with 3-5 experience in the same designation at its office in Riyadh- KSA
with the following responsibilities and requirements
candidates should :
• Handling accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, etc.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.
• Perform costing and sales monitoring and controls.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions.
• Preparation payment vouchers & journal entries &other transactions
• Working closely with operations and other Departments in analyzing variances and cost analysis.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.
• Cooperation with external auditors to carry out the annual audit.
• Handling Letter of Credits and Banks facilities.
• Other financial management duties assigned by management.
• Customers promotions and discounts pursuance
• Follow up and prepare weekly report for the overdue payments
• Calculate commissions of representative & Supervisors
• Credit Control
• Set &analyze KPI’S
• Sales Analyze

Skills
01) Minimum Bachelor`s degree in accounting/Finance.
02) Three to five years of experience as a senior accountant (preferably in distribution channels & food trading and manufacturing field).
03) Very Good Verbal, written and communication skills in both Arabic & English.
04) A very good knowledge with Microsoft office applications
05) Experience in Accounting software`s and ERP systems.
06) Strong personality, ability to manage a team, work under pressure & analytical capabilities.
