Who are we looking for?
We need someone who will be multi tasking and his title will be a Hub Coordinator! Different roles he will play are,
1) Customer Service.
2) Marketing (Educating the customer + sell Daraz Products).
3) Educate on Dforce + signups.
4) Work with ops for after sales and more.
Minimum Education: Bachelors

Job Description
- Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs.
- Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
- Handling irate customers by using soft skills.
- Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers.
- Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
- Educate the customer on Daraz and all marketing related material.
- Educate the customer on Dforce and all Dforce related marketing.
