Job description:
- Support senior management on planning Equity & Debt of entire TPL Group portfolio including preparation of short and long-term cash flows, financial forecasts and cash flow water fall
- Research, analyze & evaluate market feasibility for Equity, Debt and Capital Market transactions; Create financial models and perform valuation models for existing and prospective investments in Real Estate, Technology & Insurance sector
- Business Presentations: Assist with quarterly and adhoc presentations for the Group Companies, internal and/or third party investors
