Association for Betterment And Development of human being (ABAD) is a non-government and not for profit organization working in Sindh against Gender Based Violence to uplift the poor needy women through legal services and protecting basic human rights of GBV survivors. ABAD is currently looking for qualified and experienced candidate to fill the following position

|
§ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and assessing results of the project
§ In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
§ Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
§ Develop comprehensive project proposals and plans to be shared with donor agency (s)
§ Use and continually develop leadership skills, providing direction and support to the team and quality checking
§ At least 8 years’ practical experience on the position of project manager in any of NGO/INGO on humanitarian response
§ Experience with process improvement and project control
§ Enhances department / organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks as required
§ Develop full scale project plans
§ Managing and working with multiple stakeholders
§ Formulate strategy and direction of the project and activities
§ Manage the project resource plan and budget
§ Manage project issues, risks and actions
§ Manage the development of appropriate documentation required by the project
§ Track project deliverable using appropriate tools
§ Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
§ Project evaluations and assessment of results
§ Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Qualification

Master in any of relevant discipline
|
