- Formulate, communicate and oversee the implementation of all learning and development programs
- Implement and manage the Learning Management System and e-learning platform
- Manage L&D Operations as well as L&D budgets / cost allocations
- Manage Local regulatory requirements
- Monitor feedback and identify areas of improvement of training programs.
- Graduate/Masters degree/MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
