Description
1. Responsible for the outsourcing, ordering and preparing for all the
materials need in the production and digital section.
2. Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase
of supplies, services and equipment.
3. Keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing,
prices, market conditions and new products.
4. Supervise the inspection of all supplies, services and equipment
purchased to insure conformance with specifications
5. Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and
building and maintaining good relationships with them.
6. Preparing correspondence, packing list, shipping documents.
7. Maintain the Inventory of all the materials in the production.

Purchasing Officer must have the following:
5 years experience in Purchasing and Logistics
Experience from Printing Press Services is advantage
With Good English and can communicate very well
