DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING - QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT .
A combined experience of over 60 years, Maya & Associates LLC has been serving the needs of several individuals and businesses with managing their accounting and finance needs in the USA. An excellent opportunity to lead a team of outstanding accounting professionals, part of Maya & Associates" BPO Division, a US based accounting firm. We"re looking for a self-starter individual with strong people skills who has flexibility in their schedule to be able to work on US hours around deadlines. Duties include managing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals. Interacting with clients to maintain a good working relationship.
Manage and delegate work in process for accounting and Tax work. Only qualified Charted Accountants should apply. QUALIFICATIONS : 10 years of experience in managing an Accounting / Finance department. Ability to manage large teams of professionals. The ability to work towards deadlines and in a collaborative environment.
Experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and US Tax Law. Qualified Chartered Accountant designation required. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualification.
