Eximpo Cool Chains Pvt Ltd Jobs Maintenance Head: Eximpo Cool Chains (Pvt.) Ltd, a leading cold storage division of Star Textile Mills is seeking for veteran “Maintenance Head” for its cold storage. The position is Karachi based.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, service, installation, modification, troubleshooting and inspection of its cold storage (Ammonia Refrigeration) Units.
- Installation and commissioning of Ammonia Refrigeration Unit, installation of HVAC system.
- Ensure troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical & electrical equipment’s & systems such as HVAC (Chillers, AC Units, Ammonia operated units, cold rooms).
- Ensure proper ventilation, air conditioning and handling of refrigeration equipment and associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems.
- Oversee operational design and identification of systems, analyzing feasibility of equipment before purchasing, estimating hardware cost and planning of equipment upgrades by doing cost & benefit analysis.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8 or more years of experience in cold storage division (Ammonia Operated Units).
