Responsibilities:
- Assisting in formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same. Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys
- Working closely with Working capital department to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients.
- Booking of collection and receivables offsetting in accounting systems.
- Liaison with the banks for Collection related matters.
- Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving disputed receivables
- Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing.
- Monthly forecasts for collection and Receivables clearance and Reporting to management with aggressive targets.
