Position / Title: Assistant Manager Channel Planning

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that the business objectives with regard to product strategy execution is efficiently managed from S&D Channel
  • Execute Branch less Banking strategy from the Sales & Distribution channel
  • Drive operational excellence for the sales channels.
  • Constantly improve performance thru continuous operational reviews, combined with strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of departmental objectives.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination with S&D channel in accordance with branch less banking strategy and the business plan
  • Responsible for working closely with the Assistant Director Channel Planning and product planning teams to provides input into strategic development of the business.
  • To ensure effective implementation of and policies in the context of governance framework agreed between Telenor Pakistan and Telenor Bank.

Position / Title: Operation Manager
Job Type: Permanent

Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum bachelor from any reputable institute but preferable MBA/Masters in commerce
  • Minimum 4 to 5 year’s relevant or general banking experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely opening of branch under approved dual custodianship.
  • Undertake opening and closing of the branch as per process and ensure joint custodial of cash vault with no procedural slippages.
  • Supervise complete operational functions of the branch including all reports and returns connected with it.
  • Ensure effective control with focus on compliance of prudential and other regulatory instructions as well as Tamer’s internal policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the complete and complied branch closing, reconciliation, book keeping and reporting on daily basis.
  • Take ownership of compliance, ORMU, audit & self-assessment function.
  • Undertake effective disbursal of loan accounts subsequent to the availability of authentic documents and the presence of customer.
  • Place the disbursal as per specified repayment cycles and ensure customer’s orientation accordingly.
